United Kingdom — Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

For eligible orders dispatched in time and eligible UK destinations, Royal Mail guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day. Subject to Royal Mail service terms, acceptance and cut-off times, and geographic exceptions (including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands). Free on orders of £200.00 or more.
Delivery thresholds are applied to the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before delivery charges. Unusually large, heavy or wholesale consignments may fall outside our standard retail delivery rates and can require a separate delivery quotation. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies to your order.
International Orders
We ship internationally only where the goods, the carrier service and the destination permit it lawfully. All international orders remain subject to applicable UK export controls and sanctions, Royal Mail and courier prohibited and restricted goods rules, and the import laws of the destination country. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund it, where shipment would breach any of those requirements. Customers are responsible for checking their destination country's import requirements and for any duties or taxes charged on import; that responsibility does not override our own legal and carrier obligations. Delivery times vary depending on destination country, customs processing and local courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where applicable.
Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment from dispatch through to delivery.
